About membership
5 questions
What does Doctor House annual care include?
Membership keeps Doctor House ready to care for your home. We know the property, retain its context and handle everyday tasks through one contact.
- an initial inspection and record of your home's condition;
- four scheduled inspections throughout the year;
- priority handling of requests, the right specialists and responsibility for the agreed result;
- a private history of inspections, work, replacements and recommendations;
- 50 person-hours of routine specialist work.
Why a membership rather than a regular callout?
Good home care is more than a series of unrelated visits. Noticing changes, remembering previous decisions and providing meaningful priority require an ongoing relationship with the property.
An annual service creates continuity: we get to know your home, keep its history, carry out scheduled inspections and remain your single accountable contact for its technical care.
How do I join Doctor House?
We begin with a brief conversation about the location, size and particular features of your home, and your expectations. If the service is a good fit for both sides, we arrange an initial visit.
We then confirm the annual price, included work, response procedures, access rules and confidentiality. Care begins once the agreement is signed.
Who is Doctor House for?
The service is for homeowners who value their time, privacy and ongoing accountability. They want one reliable contact, not a new provider for every task.
It isn't the right fit for someone seeking only a one-off job at the lowest price, or wanting to personally select, brief and supervise every specialist. Doctor House provides lasting home care, not a listings directory.
What doesn't Doctor House do?
We don't manage rentals or tenants, replace an insurance company or promise technical certainty when diagnosis, dismantling or specialist equipment is needed.
If a task requires rare expertise or manufacturer authorisation, we arrange it and remain your contact, without presenting another specialist's expertise as our own. Exact exclusions and service boundaries are set out in the agreement.
Pricing and payment
2 questions
How is the annual price calculated?
The price combines Doctor House's base service fee, the total area of the house and other structures, and the full plot area. Pools, garages, guest houses, saunas and other structures use the house-area rate; the plot is charged by its full area.
The annual price includes 50 person-hours of routine work. This is the combined time of all specialists involved: two specialists working for two hours use four person-hours. Materials, equipment, major projects and work beyond 50 person-hours are charged separately, subject to prior approval.
Do I need to pay specialists separately?
Normally, financial approvals and communication go through Doctor House. You don't need separate arrangements with everyone involved or have to work out who to pay for what.
The payment process for additional work, materials and outside expertise is defined in the annual agreement and confirmed before costs arise.
Working together
4 questions
Who will be my main contact?
Your main contact is Doctor House. You bring a task to one company; we keep the history, find the right specialists and see the agreed task through to successful completion.
The people involved may change with the task. Your communication channel, your home's context and the accountable company do not.
What if I already have a gardener or another trusted specialist?
We can consider continuing with someone you trust if they are willing to work within Doctor House's process and meet the requirements of the particular task.
We do need to take over the working arrangements. Parallel instructions from the owner and Doctor House cause confusion and blur responsibility — precisely what the service is designed to spare you.
Can I hire a specialist directly and leave Doctor House to coordinate?
Not as a standard arrangement. If agreements, payments and changes to the task bypass Doctor House, we cannot oversee the whole process or take responsibility for it.
If a particular situation calls for an exception, responsibilities are agreed in writing beforehand. They should never be left to guesswork once work begins.
Can you meet a specialist and supervise work while I'm away?
Yes. We can arrange access at an agreed time, explain the task, answer questions, document progress and report the result and next steps to you.
Access, attendance and key-handling arrangements are agreed with you in advance. Your home's privacy takes precedence over the convenience of any individual visit.
Service and availability
4 questions
Is Doctor House available around the clock?
We don't present the service as a 24-hour emergency service. Request hours, the channel for urgent situations, response procedures and escalation are defined in your agreement's service terms.
We take responsibility for following those procedures and keeping you informed. The time to resolve a fault fully may depend on its nature, parts availability, work safety and third parties.
Can I ask for client references?
Yes, where possible and only with the client's prior consent. Homeowners value confidentiality, so we don't turn their names, addresses and properties into public marketing material.
During our first conversation, we can share relevant experience from 15 years of work and discuss a personal reference if it would help you decide.
Where does Doctor House operate?
Doctor House cares for private homes in Chișinău and its suburbs. We confirm the specific address before the initial inspection.
Will you come for a single light bulb, socket or other small task?
Small tasks are an important part of the service — they are often the ones left unresolved for months. When a job can safely wait, we sensibly combine several small tasks in one visit to make good use of resources.
If a small defect affects safety or risks further damage, it follows the appropriate response procedure. Materials and parts are not automatically included in membership.
