A short conversation
We discuss the location, the area of your house, other structures and full plot, and the property's particular features. We learn what you expect from ongoing care and whether Doctor House is right for you.

Our first visit to your home
We inspect the house and grounds, recording key systems, known defects and the tasks needing attention first.

An annual agreement
We confirm the areas, annual price, 50 included person-hours of routine work, service boundaries and communication arrangements. Both sides know the terms before signing.

Ongoing care
We carry out four scheduled inspections, keep your home's history in a private database and handle everyday requests through one contact.

Responsibility for the result
We find the right specialists, agree any separately charged materials or additional work, supervise the job and see the agreed task through to successful completion.

Tell Doctor House about the issue. We clarify what is needed, find the right specialists, oversee the work and take responsibility for the agreed result. If materials or work beyond the included 50 person-hours are needed, we agree the cost before any expense is incurred.
