In 15 years of working with private homes, we have seen this frustration time and again. The best specialists are booked weeks or months ahead. Finding the right person once is no assurance they will come back. Every new task starts a new search.
At one property, just two pool tiles needed replacing. Even the company that built the pool found it uneconomical to return: the job was too small, and pricing the visit fairly was difficult. The owner was left with the defect, the search, the calls and the wait.
